He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Richard Michael McCarty, Marian and Daniel Parks; his uncle Richard Michael McCarty, Jr.; his significant other Kristy Quinn; and his close friend Jamie White.
He is survived by: his parents, Jay "Corky" Parks of Belle and Ellen Moore (Joe) of Sissonville; his grandmother Betty "Nana" Hancock Ferrell of Diamond; his son Logan Quinn of Belle; his grandchild Halena Johnson; his siblings, Cristin Frampton (Mary) of East Bank and Daniel Parks (Ginger) of Marmet; his nieces and nephews, Courtney (Colby McCormick), Whitney Parks, Brandon and Rex Parks; his aunt Beverly McCarty; and his uncle Jordan Merwin. He is also survived by several other aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, it is mandated by the Governor and the CDC, that proper facial coverings be worn and that social distancing is observed.
