He was predeceased by: his wife Charlotte Jarrett; his parents, Ray Jarrett and Marie Naylor Jarrett; and his brothers, Gary and Arnold Jarrett.
He is survived by: his children, Todd R. Jarrett (Robyn) of St. Albans and Leasha Sticklen (Chris) of Katy, Texas; and his siblings, Rondel Jarrett of Campbells Creek, Billy Jarrett of Hopewell, Virginia, Ada Moles of Campbells Creek, Elaine Fulcher of Campbells Creek and Karen Evans of Campbells Creek. He is also survived by six grandchildren; and five great grandchildren.
