She was predeceased by: her parents, Cyril Hill and Jennie Hill. She is survived by: her husband Harold Lee Atkins; her sons, Joey B. Caruthers (Wendy) of Virginia Beach and Neil J. Caruthers (Ellen); her grandchildren, Mindy of Belle, Eric Caruthers of Belle, Jennie Howell (Brian) of Virginia Beach, Jamie Caruthers of Virginia Beach and Samantha Revolinsky of Virginia Beach; her great grandchildren, Jackson Caruthers of Belle, Quinn and Reese Howell of Virginia Beach; and her nieces, Judy Miller of Looneyville and Pam Erwin of Looneyville.
The family would like to thank Kanawha Hospice Care for their love and support during a most difficult time and suggests in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made to them at 1606 Kanawha Blvd. Charleston, West Virginia 25387 in the name of Phyllis Hill Atkins.
