She was predeceased by: her husband Frank D. Williams Sr.; and her siblings, Margaret Kessler, Betty Carrico, James and Richard Wilt.
She is survived by: her children, Frank D. Williams Jr. (Cathy) of Belle, DeAnna Owens (Alan) of Charleston and JoAnna Harvey (Tim) of Vienna; her brother George Wilt (Joann) of North Carolina; and her grandchildren, Ashley Hawkins (Chris), Anthony Owens (Jessica), Dillon Williams, Allison Williams (Joshua), Lexee Norman (Roger), Madison Romeo (Antonio), Hannah, Leah and Sarah Harvey. She is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
