She is survived by: her sons, Jerry Mike Givens Jr. of Belle and Curtis Patrick Givens of Belle; her brothers, Robert Allen Yates (Nikki) of Belle, Edward Ray Yates (Brenda) of Martinsburg and Michael Gordon Yates (Kathy) of Belle; and her friends, Rita Richards and Linda Morris.
