He is survived by: his children, Lisa Miller (Joe) and Kim Slater (Bev); his stepchildren, Ella Brown, Gary Gregg (Leah) and Alan Gregg (Christiana); and his siblings, Faye Carr, Gloria Pauley, Bobby and Blaine Slater. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
