He was predeceased by: his sister Sue Ann D'Antoni; his parents, Charlotte Totten and Roy Totten; his grandparents, Ruby and George Buckley; and his sisters-in-law, Joan Leslie Glancy and Lois Arnold Keeney.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Martha of Belle; his son Mark Leslie of Charleston; his siblings, Debbie and George Totten of Marmet; his half-sister Marie Leavens Dawson of Virginia Beach, Virginia; his brother-in-law David D'Antoni; his nephew Andrew D'Antoni of Naples, Florida; his niece Jennifer D'Antoni of Peoria, Arizona.; his siblings-in-law, Barbara G. Arnold of Charleston and Roger W. Arnold of South Charleston; and his nieces and nephews, Marti L. Keeney of Raleigh, Barry Leslie Keeney of Spartanburg, Kristin Glancy of St. Albans and Patrick Glancy of Indiana.
Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, it is mandated by the Governor and the CDC that proper facial coverings be worn and that social distancing be observed.
