She is survived by: her husband Clarence; her children, Randell Proctor (Madolyn Williamson), Terri Proctor (John Buckley) and Ruth Ann Slack (Danny Buckley); her grandchildren, Alexus Weese (Will), Destinee Kirk, Austin Kirk (Brooke), Steven Slack (Cierra), Kaitlyn Roe (Damion), Dylan Slack (Destiny), Johnathan Proctor, Christian Buckley, Whittney Proctor, Josh Slack, Hannah Morrison, Breanna Buckley, Ethan Slack and Sarah Williamson; and her siblings, Carl Cyrus, Sharon Moore, Nancy Davy and Coleen Sizemore. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and fur babies.
