He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen Chestnut and Regina Atkins Chestnut; his siblings, Maxine McCormick and Richard Monroe; and his sister-in-law Sally Chestnut.
He is survived by: his wife Nikki Igo Chestnut; his children, Kenny (Kim Chestnut), John Casey (Donna Chestnut), Mandy Chestnut (Kristin) of Belle and Tiffany Chestnut of Belle; his siblings, Glen (Nancy Chestnut), Bill (Judy Chestnut), Gary Chestnut, Jerry (Connie Chestnut), Kevin (Rose Chestnut), Alice (Paul Jameson) and Evelyn (Ray Stewart); his grandchildren, Jordan Ramsey (Luke) of Diamond, Derik Chestnut (Destini) of Belle, Adrian Reese of Belle, Blake Chestnut of Belle and Tiffany Atkinson of Belle; and his great grandchildren, River Ramsey and Declan Chestnut.
