He was predeceased by: his grandfather Carson Green; and his mother Teresa L. Slater. He is survived by: his grandmother Drema; his father James Green (Diana); his siblings, Anthony "Tony" Green (Jerriann), Shannon Green, Savannah Slater (Younger) and Mattax Horton; his aunt Angela Green; his uncle Joseph Green; his stepsisters, Brandy Hudnall and Heather Beck; and also Brads. He is also survived by 8 nephews and 3 nieces.
