He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Criniti Wills; his children, Stephanie Lemmert (Ken) of Southport, Antoinette Johnson (Whitney) of Hurricane and James Steven Wills (Misti) of St. Albans; his siblings, Michael Wills of Fredericksburg, Virginia, Susie Riddle (John) of Ripley and Debbie Clonch (David) of Bristol, Virginia; his grandchildren, Adam, Erica (Kendall Lemmert), Abigail Johnson and Jaden (Jaret Wills); and his great grandchild Ella.
