She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Mullins and Minnie Mullins (Richards); her husband Woodrow W. Bowe; and her siblings, Matthew Mullins, Nathaniel Mullins, Ronald Mullins, Donald Mullins, Jimmy Mullins, Frances Cadle (Mullins) and Annabelle McCloud (Mullins).

She is survived by: her children, Johnny Bowe (Gail), Diana Bowe, Gloria Bowe, Elaine Bowe, Marilyn Bowe, Jeffrey Bowe (Melissa) and Natalie Bowe Sampson (David); her grandchildren, Amanda Childress (Darin), Jennifer Bowe, Nicholas Bowe, Emily Bowe and Noah Bowe; her great grandchildren, Maleigha Childress and Jadalyn Childress; and her siblings, Rosemary Stowers and Jerry Mullins.
