With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Edward Alton Knapp (Belle, West Virginia), who passed away on September 20, 2019 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George Alton and Diccie Mae Brannard Knapp; his wife Linda Marie Pierson Knapp; and his siblings, Elmer and Elsie.
He is survived by: his sons, Edward Lee Knapp of Belle, George Wayne Knapp of Belle and Timothy Gene Knapp of Sissonville; and his sisters, Edna Thompson of Cinco and Emma Pettit of Charleston. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and nine great grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.
