She was predeceased by: her parents, Orville Seabolt and Geraldine Moles Seabolt; and her brothers, Roger, Orville Jr. and Harry Seabolt.
She is survived by: her husband Forrest Bailey; her siblings, Gleston of Charleston, Frank Seabolt of Charleston, Fredrick Seabolt of Cross Lanes, Elsie Romine of Dunbar, Brenda Carte of Braxton County and Wilma Strickland of Elkview; her niece April Jeffrey; and her great-niece Makayla Jeffrey.
