She was predeceased by: her parents, George Carper and Ulanee Mace Carper; her brother Donald L. Carper; her nephew David L. Carper; her brother-in-law Mike McCutcheon; and her parents-in-law, Jerome T. and Orpha B. McCutcheon.
She is survived by: her husband John McCutcheon; and her nephews, Mark Carper of Maryland and George Carper (Measa) of Oklahoma.
