He is survived by: his daughter Marsha Burke (Herbie) of Lexington, Kentucky; his mother Edna Copley; his siblings, David Maynard, Drewey Maynard, Darlene Hancock of Wilsondale and Dorothy Copley of Wilsondale; his son-in-law Wesley Smith of Belle; his grandchildren, Joshua, Mackenzie Smith, Olivia and Brevin Burke; and his great grandchildren, Sophia, Jaeden, Emma and Ella Smith.
