It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Otis Gray Jr. of Belle, West Virginia, who passed away on December 16, 2020, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Sheri Ann Gray; his father Charles Otis Gray Sr.; and his niece Melissa Short. He is survived by: his mother Mildred Smith of Diamond; his sisters, Deborah Johnston of Diamond, Tammy Sue Monk (Jeff) of South Charleston and Charlene Bailes of Charleston; his nephews, Blake, Austin Bailes, David Johnston and Nathan Monk; his great-nieces, Jasmine Short and Skyyleigh Monk; and his great-nephew Dakota Short.
