He is survived by: his parents, Charles Eugene Thaxton and Jeannie Bailey; his daughter Hayvn Thaxton; his siblings, Justin Thaxton, Skilyna Thaxton, Charlotte Toler and Kassandra Toler; his uncles, Dennis and Tim; his grandmother Linda Thaxton; and his great-aunt Brenda Lanham. He is also survived by 1 nephew; 4 nieces.
