He was predeceased by: his mother Delores. He is survived by: his wife Dawn; his daughters, Taylor Humphreys (Koty), Haidyn and Sophia; his father Lanny; his sister Karen Oldham (Earl); his grandchildren, Lainey, Rylee and Blakely; and his mother-in-law Brenda.
