She was predeceased by: her father Lester Pennington; her daughter Stephanie Ann Hamilton; and her brother William "Billy" Pennington. She is survived by: her son Steven Slack (Jeanette); her grandsons, Steven Slack II (Cierra), Dylan Slack (Destiny), Josh Slack and Ethan Slack; her son Larry Jo Cochran; her grandchildren, Hunter Cochran and Topanga Kinder; her great grandchildren, Karl Smith, Michael Hamilton, Hope Hamilton, Matthew and Baylah Slack; her siblings, Arthur "Scooter" (Kay), Donnie Pennington and Connie Smith (John); and also, Ruth Ann Slack and Shane Rose. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
