She was predeceased by: her mother Sarah Jane Meadows; her husband Herbert Smith; and her father John Meadows. She is survived by: her children, John Dennis Smith (Darla) of Belle, Jeff Smith (Kim), Joretta Dearien of Elkview and Marsha Halstead (Jeff) of Kenna. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
