He is survived by: his wife Cleta Blake; his children, Karen Linville (Larry) of Belle, Jessica Brisendine (Greg) of Wexford, PA, Jonathan Blake (Amy) of Temple, GA and Jason Blake of Charleston; his sisters, Judy Ranson, Jean Comer of Cross Lanes and Debra McCarty of Canton, OH.; and his grandchildren, Michael, Paige Linville, Kaylee, Kendra, Ayden, Bryce Blake, Sophia and Nolan Brisendine.
