She was predeceased by: her father David Andrew Habick. She is survived by: her mother Leanna Hill Turpine; and her children, Nicholas "Nick" Habick of Belington, Rodney "Darren" Nugent Coontz Jr. of Belington and Christine "Tina" Habick (Martina) of Florida.
