She is survived by: her father Hal Kent Bunner of Belington; her children, Cameron Ford, Crystal Jean Ford, Thomas Kent Baldwin and Benjamin Boylard; her siblings, Amber Marie, Sheena Leanne, Hallie Elaine and Nicholas; her niece Genesis Lynn; and her stepmother Lori Kittle.
