He is survived by: his wife Sherry DeHaven; his children, Robert Kelly (Lisa) of Belington, Brenda Croswell (Charlie) of Richmond, VA and Debbie Alexander (Stuart) of Nestorville; his grandchildren, Bobby Kelly (Haley) of Belington, Celeste Kelly (Adrian) of Philippi, Parker Kelly, Coryn Kelly of Belington, Mark Varner, Rebecca Varner, Justin Alexander (Kierston) of Nestorville and Josh Alexander (Arin) of Nestorville; his great grandchildren, Bella Varner, Leann Varner, Layla Varner, Jessie Varner, Kayden Varner, Jacob Wolfe, Carson Alexander and Averlee; and his sister Arlene Kelly.
