He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Carl and Beulah Irene Markley; his brothers, George "Sonny" Markley and Gary Markley; and his siblings-in-law, Sandra Markley and Steve Starr.
He is survived by: his spouse Carmen Juanita McLean; his daughter Chelsea Mae Pingley (Andrew) of Norton, WV; his siblings, Sheila Starr of Dale City and Larry Markley of Luray; his sister-in-law Mary Ann Markley of Luray, Virginia.; and his grandchild Everly Brooke Pingley. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
The family ask that in lieu of flowers memorial contributions be made to Stringtown Cemetery c/o George Harris 1218 Hunter's Fork Road Belington, WV 26250.
