Perry Poddey Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Perry Poddey of Belington, West Virginia, who passed away on October 25, 2021 at the age of 61. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Herbert Poddey and June Champion Waugh; his son Justin Eric Poddey; and his siblings, Rick Poddey and Yvonne Legg.
He is survived by: his children, David Tingler and Brittney Prince of Morgantown, WV; and his siblings, Mike Poddey of Charleston, WV, Steven Thomas of Belington, Poncho, Julie Ball (Billy Mooresville) and Michelle Roberts of New Bern, NC. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made in Perry's memory to the Cherry River Foundation in support of the Dylan Brown Memorial Fund (https://www.thecherryriverfoundation.org).
