He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret Reta Bolton (Wagner) and Walter "Slim" Bolton; his mother-in-law Virginia Booth; his siblings, Louise Bennett (Delbert) and Albert Bolton; and his close friend Bucky Poling.
He is survived by: his wife Pauline Bolton; his daughters, Becky Grimes (Joseph) and Belinda Johnson (GT); his granddaughters, Jessica Cecil (Jackson), Samantha Johnson and Olivia Grimes; his great grandchildren, Juliet Cecil and Tyler Roy; and his sisters, Waunita Hatmaker (Charles) and Loretta Wilmoth (William). He is also survived by several brothers and sisters -in-laws, nieces and nephews.
