She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis Wilson and Hattie Pearl Lantz Payne; her husband Charles Gilbert "Whitey" Hillyard; and her siblings, John Payne, Harry "Buddy" Payne, Robert Lee "Bob" Payne, H. A. "Red" Payne and Mary Romine.
She is survived by: her daughter Julie Anna Spears (Gregory) of Ashland, KY; her sister-in-law Shirley Payne of Belington; her grandchildren, Ashley Jill Beach (Aaron) of Salem and Robert Dean Thompson Jr. "Bo" (Lauren) of Cincinnati; and her great grandchild Emily Elizabeth.
