He was predeceased by: his parents, Brooks H. Ramsey and Opal Mae George Ramsey; his wife Dianna Lee Hershman; and his sister Donna Jean Jones. He is survived by: his daughter Brenda Vannoy of Belington; his grandchildren, Megan Henline LaTourneau of Lyman, SC and Jared T. Teter (Maleah) of Lyman, SC; his great grandchildren, Colter Michael Scott Norris, Laila Kowalczyk, Lennox Dianne Teter and William Ray Teter; and his brother-in-law Sidney Jones.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 25th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Saturday, October 26th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Talbott Funeral Home Chapel (56 N Brandenburg St, Belington, WV 26250). A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 26th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Valley Bend Baptist Church.
