He was predeceased by: his mother Hazel Moore Freeman; his daughter Deanna Joy Knicely; and his siblings, Herbert, Tom, Raymon, Paul, Kenneth Freeman, Doris Streets, Betty Frey, Juanita Freeman, Anna Lou Shaw and Colleen Frey.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Ray Biller; his son Kent Ray Freeman (Kristie) of Belington; his brothers, Richard Freeman and Sam Freeman (Lou); and his grandchildren, David Freeman, Kota Knicely, Kyler Knicely and Kolton Knicely. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Talbott Funeral Home Chapel (56 N Brandenburg St, Belington, WV 26250). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
