He is survived by: his children, Linda Pitzer of Belington, WV, Peggy Haskiell and Richard Dale Pitzer Shifflett of Montrose, WV; his brother Edward Arnold Pitzer (Laura June Marks); his grandchildren, Patricia Haskiell and Adam Haskiell (Tracy); and his great grandchildren, Jacob Bailey, Luella Bailey, Dak Haskiell and Andrew Grant.
