He was predeceased by: his parents, James Raymond "Buck" Isner and Elsie Blanche Haddix; his wife Karen Ovilda Corley; his siblings, Patty Isner Marsh, Colleen Corley and Robert Isner; and his grandchild Callen William Sandy.
He is survived by: his daughter Carolyn Sandy (James) of Belington. He is also survived by one great-grandson and five great-granddaughters.
