She was predeceased by: her parent Leon Welch; her sons, Tommy Rogers and Johnny Rogers; her siblings, Robert Welch, James Welch and Mary Welch; her granddaughter Janika Rogers; and her former husband Wilburn Rogers.
She is survived by: her parent Clara Boatwright Welch; her daughter Shiela Sandiago; her daughter-in-law Linda Rogers; and also Montgomery.
