He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbert Browning and Bouncie Ann Browning (Channell); his siblings, James Andrew Browning, Melvin Lynn Browning, Mary Margaret Poe and Nellie Marie Bourne; and his daughter-in-law Joyce Browning.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Lou Nazelrod; and his children, Charles Robert Browning and Susan Kay Tacy (Sterl). He is also survived by four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Fraternal Cemetery (460 Co Rte 250/11, Belington, WV 26250).
