He is survived by: his wife Janet E. Guinn; his children, Jeff Price (Elizabeth) of Virginia, Kevin L. Price of West Virginia and Melissa P. Knowles (Patrick) of Virginia; and his family, Whitney, Jeannie, Melinda, Tammy and Kari. He is also survived by six grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
