He was predeceased by: his parents, William Richard Wagner and Geraldine "Jerry" Wagner (Booth). He is survived by: his children, Phillip Wagner of Belington and Amanda Wagner of Philippi; his siblings, Verlin McCulley (Ralph) of Akron, Sherry Whited (Larry) of Belington, Tracey Hershman (Rick) of Belington, Richard Wagner of Belington and Steven Wagner of Belington; and his grandson Caleb. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
