He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lee Herron Sr. and Glenna Biller Herron; his siblings, Robert Lee Herron Jr. and Tina Boyett; his stepmother Linda Dorleen Herron; his brother-in-law Luke Brantner; his cousin Wilbur Thorne; and his nephew Larry Knight.
He is survived by: his son Gerald Seth Herron (Skye Bunnell) of Belington; his sisters, Tracee Kyle (Sonny) of Chesterfield, VA, Michelle Alth (Tom Yocum) of Belington, Crystal Herron of Elkins and Dawn Herron of Philippi; his brother-in-law Chuck Alth of Belington; and his grandchildren, Brooks Herron and Barrett Herron. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, a whole host of friends, and numerous cousins.
