She is survived by: her husband Richard A. "Rick" Whetsell; her son Stephen Hiett of Belington; her stepson Kenneth Whetsell of Fargo, ND; her daughter Tammy Cayton of Roper, NC; her stepdaughters, Nicole Walsh of Fargo, ND and Grace Whetsell of Walla Walla, WA.; and her siblings, Golden Vandevander of Norton, WV, Allen Vandevander of Whitmer, WV, Willis Vandevander of Brandy Wine, WV, Curtis Vandevander of Bloomville, OH, Bonnie Mick of Cherry Grove, WV and Myrtle Bennett of Elkins.
