He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Preston and Louran Pauline Hannah Moore; and his siblings, Randy Moore and Valentina Scott. He is survived by: his children, Billy Junior Moore II of Belington, Joshua Mark Moore of Belington and April Thomas (Oscar) of Clarksburg; his wife Edith Pritt of Missouri; his siblings, Darlene Friel (Rob) of Mill Creek, Vincel Hannah (April) of Mill Creek, Mike Moore of Mill Creek, Gary Moore (Devin) of Belington and Steven Moore (Virginia) of Belington; and his grandson Tony Isaac Higgins. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Due to the COVID-19 restrictions face coverings and social distancing are recommended while paying your respects in the funeral home.
