He was predeceased by: his parent Edward Dice; and his siblings, Junior "Tude" Phillips, Charles Phillips, Dice Phillips, Mary Richard, Margaret Price, Catherine Taylor and Laura Marie Casto.
He is survived by: his parent Maggie Vest Phillips; his child Allen Dale Phillips Jr.; his wife Amy of Junior; his stepdaughter Candy Ross (Buck) of Belington; his siblings, Carolyn Bennett of Circleville, WV, Betty Phillips of Buckhannon, Jim Phillips of Oklahoma and Gerald Phillips of Buckhannon; and also, Michael D. Phillips (Rhonda) of Buckhannon and Raymond E. Phillips (Tina) of Belington. He is also survived by three grandchildren, five great grandchildren, three step grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
