He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Basil Hubbard and Elvie Velma Kinzer Hubbard; his former wife Barbara Elaine Shrewsbury Hubbard; his siblings, Samuel Hubbard, Alfreda Brewer, Ella Ward, Leslie Hubbard and Kenneth Hubbard; and his stepdaughter Jennifer Shrewsbury.
He is survived by: his wife Cathy Joan Graham Hubbard; his children, Gloria Cox of Princeton, Diana Shrewsbury (Brett) of Lashmeet, Vernon Lee Hubbard (Bonita) of Princeton and Martha Roark (Calvin) of Montcalm; his stepdaughter Becky Shrewsbury; his grandchildren, Olivia Cox of Charleston and Benjamin Roark of Montcalm; and his brothers, Edgar Hubbard (JoAnn) of Missouri and Garland Hubbard (Villa) of Georgia.
