With heavy hearts, we announce the death of George Garnet Shrewsbury (Beeson, West Virginia), who passed away on March 30, 2020 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil C. Shrewsbury and Blanche Foley Shrewsbury; his siblings, Ruby, Velda, Wanda Faye, Jean and Lotie; his daughter Judy Ellen; and his son-in-law George Terlizzi.
He is survived by: his daughter Nancy Shrewsbury Terlizzi of Shady Spring, WV; his grandchildren, George Terlizzi II (Robin) of Charlotte, NC, John Eric Terlizzi (Dolly) of Raleigh, NC and April Terlizzi of Durham, NC; his great grandchildren, David Terlizzi, Chloe Terlizzi, Sarah Terlizzi and Sophia Terlizzi; and his sisters, Naoma Taylor of Kegley, WV and Janice Gullion of Kegley, WV. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
