She is survived by: her mother Opal Frady of Culloden, WV; her husband Marvin Wallace of Beckley, WV; her brothers, Harold Frady of Greenville, TN, Raymond Frady of Rittman, OH and David Frady (Kimberly) of Hurricane, WV.; her children, Christy Collins (Jeff) of Fayetteville, WV, Renee Wallace of Beckley, WV., Douglas Wallace (Tara) of Beckley, WV and Steven Wallace (Holly) of Greenville, SC; and her grandchildren, Aaron Dyal, Chanson Wallace, Daniel Dyal and Laken Wallace.
In lieu of flowers, donations should be made to the Hospice House of Southern West Virginia .
