He is survived by: his father Tracy Hylton; his wife Patty Tate Hylton of Ghent; his daughters, TraciJo and Morgan Hylton; his stepson Adam (Kellie); his stepgrandsons, David, Alec and Ethan; his brothers, Harry "Mack" Hylton (Teresa) of Daniels and Robert "Bob" Hylton of Beaver; his niece Kirsten Hylton; his nephew Lance Hylton; his brother-in-law Shaler "Buddy" Tate III (Susan) of Shady Spring; his nephew Shaler Tate IV (Stephanie); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Tristen and Colton of Grandview; his aunt Elizabeth Hylton of Washington, D. C.; and his cousins, Vicki Landing Mix of Beaufort, SC, Debra Ward Pursell of Cleveland, OH, Linda Temple Kyles of Atlanta, GA, Ray Hylton of Stephens City, VA, Mark Hylton of Stephens City, VA, Stuart Hylton of Winchester, VA, Michael Kersey of Mannington, WV, Greg Ward of Old Station, CA, Don Ward of Dandridge, TN, Paul "Robbie" Goode of Henderson, TN, Paula Goode Fannin of Dacula, GA, Judy Foster Holland and Greg Foster.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Tamerack Conference Center (1 Tamarack Pl, Beckley, WV 25801).
