He is survived by: his sisters, Martha Berry and Connie Harvey; his wife Ruth Goins; his children, Sandy Vandall of North Carolina, Yuvonne (Keith Thompson) of Beckley and Rusty Goins (Bethany) of Kentucky; his grandchildren, Chris (Dava Vandall), Anthony Vandall, Ben Vandall (Paige), Nicole Shivel (Robby), Destiny Goins and Curtis E. Goins (Kasandra); and his great grandchildren, Micah Vandall, Sierra Goins, Chloe Goins and Brooks Shivel.
