He was predeceased by: his parents, Bonnie Farley of Sophia, WV and Delbert Farley of Sophia, WV; and his brothers-in-law, Denny Blair of Cleveland, TN and John B. Tudor of Beckley, WV.. He is survived by: his children, Kari Cutshaw of Bunker Hill, WV, Jeremy Farley of Beckley, WV., Travis Cutshaw and Addy Farley; his grandchildren, Ana, Judah, Joshua and Zion Cutshaw; and his close friends, Glenna Tudor and Mary Lou Blair. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, his church family, and many friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Salt and Life Ministry or the Beckley Dream Center, Family Worship Center.
