She is survived by: her wife Lisa Dawn Puckett of Coal City, WV; her father John R. Foote Sr. (Glo); her siblings, Kristy Foote (Morris Asbury), John R Foote Jr. and Thomas E Foote; her mother-in-law Shelia Puckett; and her siblings-in-law, Toni Puckett and Thomas Puckett III (Natasha).
