He is survived by: his children, Samuel Charles and Sue Ratliff (James); his grandchildren, Donnie, Jennifer, Sam, James, Joshua and Jesse; and his great grandchildren, Donnie, David, Carol Ann, Marley, Abigail, Kailyn and Jesse Jr..
