He is survived by: his wife Arlene Blevins (Forren); his children, Rondal Blevins, Jr. (Heather) of Beckley and Stephanie Collins (Leroy) of Piney View; his siblings, Jarrett Blevins (Barbara) of Chicago, Illinois, Ailene Johnson (Norris) of Jasper, Julia Mallette of Bristol and Darlene Willis (Mike); his sisters-in-law, Carol Blevins of Piney View, Sharon Blevins of Piney View and Donna Copley (Jim) of Oak Hill; and his grandchildren, Rondal Blevins, III of Beckley, Matthew Blevins of Beckley and Erica Collins of Piney View. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
